Kamrun Sarker, MPH
Program Coordinator
Kamrun Sarker is the Program Coordinator for Georgia Gear, where she supports the leadership team and its partners. She holds a Master in Public Health from Georgia State University and is dedicated to advancing community health. Kamrun has worked with the Truth Initiative, the Georgia Association for Infant Mental Health: Birth to Five, and completed scholarship training with the Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Georgia.
She also served as a Health Program Specialist at CPACS Cosmo Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center, where she supported immigrant and refugee communities through program implementation and grant development. Kamrun envisions pursuing a PhD or DrPH to deepen her impact in public health. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, reading, traveling, and trying new foods with friends and family.
