She also manages the Division’s H-1B and Permanent Resident scholar requests and runs the SOM Geriatrics and Gerontology Research Internship Program.

Naquia has been working at Emory University since 2012. She has also managed clinical trials in the Office for Clinical Research.

In her free time, she chases after her 2-year-old daughter, Leila Rose, and attempts to keep the house clean. She enjoys watching sporting events, walking the Atlanta Beltline with her 60-pound pup Penny, and is a proud resident of the Historic West End neighborhood in Atlanta, GA.
