Thanks Mom and Dad

Thanks Mom & Dad Fund partners with regional Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) to deliver community-based programs to improve health outcomes. Specifically, the Thanks Mom and Dad fund provides assistance for community based programs that mitigate fall risk. This initiative facilitates links local service provision to needs identified in primary care practices through a partnership with GA GEAR, the Thanks Mom & Dad Fund, and the Georgia Department of Human Services Division of Aging Services (DAS).
